New carpet, new paint, new lighting – and we’ve even taken out a few walls!! For those of you who visited in the midst of the renovation, we appreciate your understanding. We want everyone to know that we are continually assessing the value that we bring to our relationship to improve the experience and services we offer.
The construction projects may be more visually apparent, but a tremendous investment in the newest available technology has been implemented as well. We adopted a new CRM software (Client Relationship Management) that allows us to better capture client interactions, key milestones and maintain a forever lasting audit trail of the progress we implement during our relationship with you.
Also, new Financial Planning and Asset Management software upgrades are now in place. This new state-of-the-art software allows us to do a more thorough job for our clients. It also ensures that we are capturing the important financial details of your lives and generating highly dependable projections that you can count on as you plan for the future.
We are decreasing the amount of paper we use by embracing electronic notifications, e-signatures and improved digital investing tools.
Don't be surprised to see a new face or two over the next year or so. While we have no interest in becoming big and impersonal, we are always looking for the best bright minds that can help us offer increasing value to our clients.
Our local presence and operational independence not only allow us to offer superior, objective advice to our clients, it also allows us to pivot on a dime!
